The people of Wa municipality has been in a state of mourning as three different lives were lost due to road accidents.
Two young men and small boy all lost their lives over the weekends as two different tipper trucks killed them while they were riding their motorbikes.
On Saturday, August 7,2021, a young man popularly known as Soja was riding on the Wa airstrip road only to meet his untimely death when he lost control and a tripper truck ran onto him causing his death.
While mourning Soja and still in sad mood, the same incident happened on Sunday, August 8,2021 on the Wa Ieper street as another tipper truck also ran over one Mr. Gafaru and his small son who were also on a motorbike and they all died on the spot.
May the Almighty Allah forgive them and all other departed souls, and may he have mercy on the living ones too.
The youth are hereby advised to always be very careful whenever they're on the road especially when riding or driving, and the necessary authorities should also see to it that the road safety rules and regulations are followed by road users.
It is observed that, most vehicle owners and Drivers use the roads as their garages which is very bad and it is a factor that can cause these road accidents. So authorities should check and see it to that vehicles are not parked at the wrong places on the road.
