Residents of Kumbiahi who witnessed the incident described that he was on top speed when the accident occurred.
The residents are attributing the issue to lack of speed ramps on the Kumbiahi stretch.
The incident is recorded to have happened at about 7:16 am this morning.
An eye witnessed at the scene suspect Ndebugri was probably concentrating on his phone as the road was less busy due whiles he was on 'top speed'.
'But he was on top speed... Too bad to speed on that narrow road' another witness added.
We how ever can confirm he is unhurt and responding well at the moment.
