Ghana Police Service to auction unclaimed vehicles:

The Upper west regional police command intends to embark on a public auction of all unclaimed vehicles that have been pounded in its custody in order to decongest the the various police stations in the region.
In a press release on Tuesday 2nd June, 2020, the police says the general public is respectfully requested to the various district and regional police Headquarters with valid documents of their impounded vehicles for identification and collection.
The regional police command added that, rightful owners who refused to visit the police stations for their vehicles for a period of sixty (60) days will have their properties been auctioned and proceeds paid into Government chest.
The press release indicated that, the date of auction will be communicated to the general public after the deadline.
