The Upper West Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman SB Kangberee has praised and congratulated Sungmaale FM for the good and matured work they have been doing for the people of Upper West. The Chairman paid a courtesy call on Sungmaale FM on Monday 27th January 2020 to have an interaction with the staff of the station also to give them his new year message as we are in the election year. Chairman SB Kangberee said peace, unit and development is not a one person's or one party's affair but rather everybody's responsibility, so all he want in the region is peace, whether NPP or NDC,we should all come together to develop the Upper West region.
"The name Sungmaale is a very sweet name and all your workers are people with vision, you don't insult people in your station, you are not out to run down Mr.A or Mr.B but rather you do everything in the right way, all your workers are matured," the Chairman applauded Sungmaale FM workers.
He therefore said he wished all other Media houses should be like Sungmaale FM because Sungmaale FM is a positive Radio Station.
He also said he will do all his to help address some of the challenges Journalists and media workers are facing in the Upper West region.
